Collection: ROOTCON 5 Hacker Conference

I founded ROOTCON the first hacker conference in the country (Philippines). The conference started last December 2008 as a small gathering, after a while we decided to cater more people and to pattern it with the hacker conference that are running in the US and other countries. Like any other hacker conference, there will be talks, contests, games and parteh. This year will be our 5th event and it is the biggest event that we will be holding up. 07 Sep: With The Gang

Pre-Ingress: The gang simulated the ROOTCON Network and at the same time polishing up the Capture The Flag. Of course with beer on the side.

08 Sep: Ingress

The ROOTCON Ingress, the time when we setup all equipments, exhibitors booth and other things needed for the event on the next day. After our Ingress we catch up with the speakers and goons(crew)(speakers and goons circle) at Hukad one of the restos located at Ayala Terraces.

09 Sep: ROOTCON Day 1

ROOTCON Day 1 was a kick ass, although there are a lot of things to prepare, but with the help of the goons everything went smoothly. After the Day 1 conference we went off to Sports Exchange Resto to have the Geek-Up party.

10 Sep: ROOTCON Day 2

Day 2 was a blast, a lot of good talks and panel discussion, and not to mention the Hacker Jeopardy which made every participant drunk!!!After which we (again) went to Sports Exchange to celebrate the post-con party.
